Why I do what I do...
We all crave recognition, sharing the threads of pain, loss, and the pursuit of love and happiness. Guided by my own journey, I have spent decades exploring the reasons behind human suffering and the essence of true happiness.
My journey with seeking happiness stemmed from generational trauma and a sense of unworthiness. Motherhood, while saving my life, also set me on the path that brought me to where I am today. Along the way, I discovered the importance of "self-love" in our lives. It can either be detrimental if lacking or a powerful source of happiness when cultivated in a healthy amount and used in our favor.
Grounded in researching genuine happiness and spirituality, I am here to help you uncover layers of pain, childhood wounds, debilitating trauma, and shine the light on the path for you to see past all your unhealthy patterns and pain.
