How do sessions work?
First we will meet for an initial complimentary discovery consultation to learn more about your goals and see if we are a good fit for working together. If you are interested in hypnotherapy, this is also the time we can check to see if we will need permission from your healthcare provider.
Your first clinical hypnosis and stress management 1:1 sessions are usually two hours as we will be completing intake forms where we go over your history. Sessions after that are usually 60 - 90 minutes, or longer if necessary.
For past life and age regression sessions, these range between 2 - 3 hours as the process needs to unfold at a slower pace were you are more of an active participant.
Reiki and all other Intuitive Modalities sessions range anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the service and your intended goals. We will coordinate and go over the details during our first consultation.
How can I work with you?
The majority of my services take place on a one-on one session, however, I also offer group sessions for stress management, hypnotherapy, astrology, and intuitive card readings. If you are interested on learning more on group sessions, please contact me by email or contact form and we can customize it to your needs.
I may not be able to change the whole world, but I plan on doing and giving it all I have to change at least someone's world. ~
Do you offer sliding scale or any other discounts?
In the spirit of addressing historic and systemic barriers, I offer a limited number of services per month at a reduced paid rate of 60 - 70% of the cost. Please email me with with your request to be considered.
Do you accept health insurance?
Not at this time as most insurance companies do not provide coverage for hypnotherapy, stress management or reiki services. However, things are slowly changing in certain states, so I would encourage you to first check with your provider.
I am happy to provide receipts of services for tax purposes as some HSA or FSA consider hypnotherapy, stress management, and reiki as acceptable for coverage under health and well-being regimen.
What payment methods do you accept and when is payment due?
PayPal is my standard payment option. If PayPal is not an option for you, please contact me so we can find an alternate form of payment that may work.
An invoice will be sent to your email prior to your scheduled service/session. To secure and confirm your selected scheduled time, please make your payment within 24 hours of invoice being sent.
What is your rescheduling policy?
Out of respect for my other clients and my time if you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you can reschedule for another date and time that works by providing a written request via email or phone at least must be made in writing or via 48 hrs. or more in advance.
Do you offer services in other languages besides English?
Yes, I am fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and offer services in both languages based on my clients preference.
